And my company just instituted reporting based on badge, swipes and possibly checking IP addresses. They’ve already told us that if we don’t hit four days a week, it will be part of our performance review. Managed by HR so our manager doesn’t even have a say. And the kicker? They’re reporting is way off. It’s incorrect! People are pissed. I follow you for a reason. Soon as I find something better I’m out the door.

I’m not. The workload has been cut in half because not much is getting done. At this point, I do what I need to do and I’m just counting down the time until retirement.
