So what was their reasoning for thinking he had a gun in the first place? Just because his hand was behind his back, that's not a really good reason, did anybody see one, it could have been a nice and they were far enough away from him, so nobody tried to use Non-lethal means to see what was going on with this guy.These cops are pathetic and ridiculous and shouldn't be cops.If they're not that scared.
