My whole school knows and I'm scared. My mom also claimed to be supportive over text when I came out and she got me a binder since i asked, but the next time I saw her, she tried to convince me I wasn't trans, and then she emailed my dad (they're divorced) and told him that I told her, and she gave permission to my dad to throw away my binder, then my dad made me have a talk with him where he was trying to convince me that it's a phase and I'm confused. The next week, when I went back to my mom's house, one of the days I was just eating a burrito and she was also in the kitchen, and then she just started saying some straight transphobic stuff, and eventually I ended up crying and going to my room, and then my mom went in there and took my devices away to punish me because she said I was acting dramatic. My mom wanted me to be lesbian, but instead she got a gay trans man.

I once overhead my parents' conversations about trans people. My dad said that he'll gladly hunt "trans sickos" for sport. As a transman myself, im scared to ever reveal I'm trans to them because I know my dad wasn't joking.

I got harassed from 7th - 8th grade for being queer, and later trans. and even tho the guy who did it has apologized, it still did a number on my mental health at the time and made me question why I was even alive. We all deserve sunshine.
