You should try without the oil. I went to a chocolate class in Mexico and the traditional way they grind the beans and the beans release the oil needed to make a chocolate bar. It takes a while.

You'll never believe me, but these strangest coincidence just happened. As soon as you broke that candy bar up, I passed by somewhere that smelled straight up like chocolate. It was almost like I could smell that bar through the phone.
