If you got $4k just buy a $4k vehicle and take a year or 2 to work on your credit because you get your credit score to at least a 650 and that’ll put you to about 12% and then the price will come down a lot and yes it’ll be a 12% for a first time car buyer the banks done mess around like they use to and give people that 2%-4% anymore without having damn near perfect credit and a great credit history. I got a 5.5% rate and I have 725 credit score with a great credit history
