yeah.... i feel like he will suck and be used in very specific cases, because he's not that tanky and the life steal for 600hp is too low, bucky has gotten more overhealth and much faster from just using abilities, so... meh. also kinda sad and weird that they're ready to put out busted dps, busted supps but not busted tanks. i know i'm comparing two different games, but on OW tanks feel much more tanky, much more like an actual tank and they feel more impactful, rather than in MR, buuuuut, it's just my take

honestly I don't understand how he will help the team more than any other tank, sure his ult can go through shields but atp just use a shield breaker character like sq. very confusing as to what niche he is meant to fill since tankpool has the damage with more team survivability

His ult will be easier to dodge or avoid compared to punisher which obviously they both can make enemy team scatter during their ults but you obviously want to get more value than that with their ults
