Tips from mom with 10 years experience. Cheer loud for your kid when they do something great! Learn the names of all the kids on the team. Cheer for all of them too. On the field and getting in the other teams area may have been a bit too far (when they are older that can actually cause a lot of issues). But you don't have to "just clap." Oh, and if you have an issue with a ref or anyone on the other team ever, let your coach handle it please.

Guys, stay getting in trouble. My 15yr old son will tell you he always knew when I was in those stands and felt my absence when I would have to miss a game (trust it was only once). I now have to be silent because he’s in his recruiting phase, and I don’t want coaches to overlook him because his mom gets crazy 😂

I am from Aruba and at soccer we are very loud. We went to a soccer tournament in Orlando. The people where very demure. They looked at us like here come the loud Caribbean parents 😂🤣😅🤦🏽♀️⚽️#SoccerMom

my son's 6 - plays t-ball. this past season my husband and I, along with other family members were cheering SO LOUD....another parent (from our own team mind you) said...."yall know its just t-ball right?" and I responded with....if you aren't here to cheer your child on, what are you even doing here!!!? we cheer for all the babies, our team and opponents! 😁

This is good parenting! I don’t think there is enough of this. I grew up with hard sports parents bc they were sports kids and I beat myself up! I wish I had this support
