Wet brush in the shower with conditioner. Shampoo top, condition bottom. Find a good leave in conditioner post shower. Go to Sally’s and get a hair treatment. Let it grow out and chop. Does it feel elastic like?

no wonder. your scrunching your hair under water it’s gonna get knotted very easily. bring in a detangle brush, shampoo the roots and just rinse your hands through the ends but don’t directly put shampoo on the ends. use a smoothing shampoo that makes your hair feel soft, use a hair mask that also smoothens your hair and try softly brush it start from your ends making your way to the root and then conditioner. but do not scrunch your hair like that under water

Girl the way you’re scrunching your hair 😭 you shouldn’t be pulling the ends of your hair up when you shampoo 🙊 leave them down and wash your scalp. When you rinse, the shampoo will get them. That’s all they need. Leave your hair down your back. And please use conditioner (only on your ends!) xx

So I got curly hair. 10/10 recommend shampooing ONLY your scalp and conditioning ONLY your ends. I comb my hair in the shower and then use a leave in after. Don’t be scrunching or you’ll get mats especially with the texture you got going on
