Ingredientes 200 g de galletas de vainilla o María. 100 g de mantequilla derretida. 400 g de queso crema. 1 taza de crema de leche o crema para batir. ½ taza de azúcar. 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla. 1 sobre de gelatina sin sabor (7 g). ¼ de taza de agua. 250 g de fresas. Preparación Tritura las galletas y mézclalas con la mantequilla derretida. Coloca la mezcla en un molde y presiónala para formar la base. Refrigera durante 15 minutos. Hidrata la gelatina en el agua y disuélvela. Bate el queso crema con el azúcar y la vainilla hasta obtener una mezcla cremosa. Agrega la crema de leche y continúa batiendo. Incorpora la gelatina disuelta y mezcla bien. Vierte la preparación sobre la base de galleta. Refrigera de 4 a 6 horas hasta que el cheesecake esté firme.
