I think they become tone deaf once they're not a regular person anymore. due to the crumbling economy people arent keen to follow out of touch people who think they are better. they contribute nothing to society and its boring. no longer entertaining

Beautifully explained, couldn’t agree more. This is why it’s a lie when ppl say they want authenticity from creators. No, you want the ILLUSION of authenticity. I think it’s also a reason why strangers support your content more than friends bc friends know how hard it is to make the content etc.

I think it’s really hard to get your following from one platform to follow you over to another platform. Case in point people that have tons of followers on here and struggle to get people to watch them on YT. Plus times are hard and people don’t want to watch frivolous things rn
