She stepped out. She did field sobriety tests. First came the Walk and Turn. Emily missed heel-to-toe steps. She turned the wrong way. Next was One Leg Stand. She failed to lift her foot right. She dropped it too soon. The smell of alcohol hit him. She admitted to drinking that night. Tests went bad. Bartolone arrested her for DUI. They towed her car for a 12-hour hold under John's Law.
