@funwiththejohnsons: How long could you go?! So… about this Europe trip that I somehow convinced my husband to let me take. 😂 The kids and I are heading to Europe for six weeks. Yes… six weeks. And because we clearly don’t know how to do anything halfway, my mum is coming too. Three generations, multiple countries, and enough memories to (hopefully) last a lifetime. People keep asking the same question: “Isn’t six weeks way too long to be away from your spouse?” Honestly? Maybe. 😂 But here’s how we’re looking at it: marriage is built over a lifetime, and sometimes that means cheering each other on through opportunities that don’t happen every day. This trip is one of those opportunities for our family and for giving our kids experiences they’ll remember long after the suitcases are unpacked. They’ll hit their 16th country after this trip at 3 and 4! Will we miss hubs? Absolutely. Will he miss us? I’ll let him answer that one. 😏 What’s the longest you’ve ever been away from your spouse?
