I swear Luuk had me questioning my sanity for a second. In Wuthering Waves, Mind Scalpel Luuk Herssen is supposed to have a reduced chance of drawing Crownless and not start with it in his initial hand, but it honestly doesn’t feel that way when you’re on your tenth attempt watching him dodge that card like it owes him money. It’s not a quest thing and you’re not missing some hidden mechanic, it’s just RNG being RNG, even if it feels personal. The “reduced chance” doesn’t mean he won’t draw it, just that the odds are slightly lower, and sometimes probability decides to clown you repeatedly. A lot of people beat him first try, others get hard stuck while breezing through Galbrena and Jinhsi, so it’s less about cheating AI and more about momentum and who goes first. Acting first does give you a noticeable edge, and learning his card patterns helps, but at the end of the day there’s still a 50/50 moment near the end that can swing either way. It’s frustrating, but once it flips in your favor it suddenly feels easy, which is the most card game thing ever. #WutheringWaves #LuukHerssen
