@cristianaaaa: Went to Plaza Azteca in Marlton, NJ for my sister and cousin-in-law’s birthdays! Wasn’t able to capture all the dishes we ordered. I previously had a bad experience here and made sure to order different things from the last time I went. The food was pretty good overall considering that this is a chain! The portion sizes are good overall. The tableside guacamole was a fun experience. They ask which ingredients you want and how much lime to squeeze in. Their drinks are a bit pricey but really large. We did ask them to sing happy birthday, and they brought out shots for the birthday celebrants. Our server didn’t tell us that the shots weren’t on the house and we only realized after getting the bill so that was a little annoying. Would have appreciated a heads up from our server. But all in all, we did have a good time, and I ordered the birria tacos which were far better than what I ordered last time. Also recommend the chicken empanadas over the beef ones!
