@bodybreakerofficial: The energy in today’s BodyTech Shared Session after the Stars Dance Intensive was incredible. We also had amazing dancers from other studios join us, which made the class even more special. It truly shows that no matter what studio you represent, the commitment to becoming stronger, more flexible, and technically sound brings everyone together. It truly showed the dancers’ love for the studio, the program, and the work. Everyone was completely locked in from beginning to end. Today, we focused on strengthening and center technique, building the control, stability, placement, and power needed for stronger overall performance. Here are a few amazing moments we captured during class. I am so proud of this group and the commitment they continue to bring into every session.
