@misssgq: All about trial and error, will be fixing up my support beams. In my previous video I showed me welding the plates to the beam and come to the conclusion it wasn’t hot enough and wasn’t able to create a solid bond between the two surfaces, so will be fixing this issue and getting it all perfect. Side note I did drive around with the tent on for a couple of days no issues, just worrying myself because of this crack and want to triple check over everything for my reassurance 😂 #welding #modified #custom #welds #tents

Should have made the bars mount on the top side of the rack so it wasnt relying on all the bolts to hold it

Should have welded angle to your head board and laderack and sat the rhs in the angle so it’s supported and bolted through angle
