I have a blood pressure cuff because of my pots too except I have low blood pressure. Makes me collapse more than my heart rate but the combination is not fun.

i have strong pads with me for my weak bladder . i luckily dont convulse or have seizures but I get insane sneeze attacks from allergies that make me leak . i also like to have one strip of k tape for my heds as for me its just my kneecaps currently and sometimes my daily tape decides to retire before i get home so i can stick some new on. also balm/ babyoil to avoid chaving or rubbing my skin off in my thighs for example. in the same vein i always carry anti inflammatory cream with me

not chronically I'll but I have migraines like at least once a week and omg the change of clothes is so smart I'm gonna put a second uniform in my locker when I go back to school because I keep almost throwing up on myself and I've had a few near misses

Instant ice packs if you and heat aren’t friends! Small hand fan and or rechargeable fan also. It’s hot hot here and I don’t do well in it, so I try to cover all my bases.

I have a medical bag too, I keep compression socks, electrolytes, pain relief, a fan, bottle of water, compression gloves, anti nausea meds, eye drops, mints, pulse oxygen reader, notebook and pen, diary, my disability lanyard and medical id, my loop earplugs, k tape. For longer journeys I pack a flask with boiling water in it and my yuyu hot water bottle.

if anyone needs the baggie/clothes but wants more privacy a wet bag is the reusable option! I have kids and others that get in my bad and I don't always want all my supplies out everywhere 😅

I prefer to have electro light chews for my med bag because you don’t always have access to water to make a drink with the packets. They don’t work as well as the packets because there’s no water but in a desperate situation they are better than nothing
