I think she woke up in the hospital, didn't remember what happened and her husband told her she killed the kids, the police told her she killed the kids, the hospital staff told her she killed her kids. she knew she had been having horrible thoughts about hurting herself and the kids in the past few months so she believed them.... why wouldn't she???
