I forgot to put jalepeno in my jalapeño cheddar loaves last week idk what I was thinking I put cheddar I remembered putting jalapeño seasoning but no actual jalapeños I’m like um whoops customers still loved them but it was like this is why prep day at 4am is terrible

My first 2 fail loaves I made the past 2 YEARS was me adding dry pesto seasoning during mixing the dough… I even reduced my liquid and it never rose completely and was SO sticky! We all have been there girl!

I made a pesto and Parmesan loaf and I just added the pesto to the final shaping because I was worried it would affect the fermentation.

I tried a coffee double chocolate loaf last week and forgot to reduce my flour to compensate for the cocoa powder 😭 had a tough loaf from the start that burnt the chocolate on the outside but was raw on the inside

I had this happen with a double batch so I added about 30g of flour 15g for each stretch n fold

Oh no! I have done that or forgot salt 😅 when I did order prep for the 4th of July I forgot butter and eggs, I was questioning why they were extra dry 😂😂 where did you get your scale? it looks so nice!

A few weeks ago I thought my bin was for 5 loaves it’s wasn’t it was so thick nothing I could do would save it also made hamburger and hotdog buns and forgot egg whoops
