Made this the other day I did not put in the ranch seasoning. I use the sliced frozen beef Walmart brand. It’s a little less salty than the steaks and has more of a cheesesteak texture and did a splash of half-and-half before mixing in 8 ounces of mozzarella not provolone. Very rich but very delicious. Makes a ton.

This is ABSOLUTELY one of the best crockpot peals I have EVER made! My 10 year old raved about it! We substituted gluten free brown grave and GF noodles for our celiac kid and I couldn’t tell a thing!!!
