Yes it works, but Aminexil is the ingredient that works the best for me. And I don’t think you can get it if you’re in the Us? We have it in the L’Oréal growth booster serum in Aus

You have to use any kind of scalp serum or treatment for a couple months before seeing any kind of results. I use one from Vegamour and Kerastase and after using them steadily for months, I’ve noticed huge differences!
