Almost HALF A MILLION naira for one night… Abuja, this better be good Naija! 😉🇳🇬 I was told the Transcorp Hilton Abuja is the best hotel in the capital city of Nigeria and where the rich & famous hangout and where worldleaders stay when visiting Nigeria… And now also Traveltomtom! 😁🇳🇬 At more than $300 USD per night for a standard room, my expectations were pretty high. The lobby definitely delivers. It feels grand from the moment you walk in, and there’s even a wall showing some of the famous guests who have stayed here: Queen Elizabeth II, Bill Clinton and, most importantly for all the Nigerian Manchester United fans… Sir Alex Ferguson. ⚽️❤️ There’s even a proper casino inside the hotel. Then came the room. Seems like I was upgraded as this was definitely not a standard room. Huge bathroom, bathtub, double sinks, massive bed, sofa, workspace and plenty of space. Definitely more of a business-luxury style, but damn, I loved the room. Outside you have these enormous palm trees, a huge swimming pool, restaurants and one of the biggest breakfast buffets I’ve seen on this trip. Nigeria has shown me everything from simple roadside accommodation to some seriously luxurious places over the last few weeks. And Abuja definitely knows how to do luxury. Loving Nigeria more and more! ❤️🇳🇬 #abuja #nigeria
