my grandma was a social worker back in the 50s and helped women get birth control. it was really new, and hard to get in Canada at the time. so about 2 weeks later, a woman comes back and asks for another pack. "where di the rest of yours go" "so many of my friends have been struggling to get it so I shared them! I dont need ALL of these each month!" so, horrified, my grandma explained. I dont think anyone got pregnant thankfully hahaha, but she also saw the other women and got them all sorted out 😂

Or let’s blame the parents for not teaching sex ed to their children. Or let’s blame the friend for giving crap advice. Or let’s blame the doctor for not telling her how to take the medication when they first prescribed it (and I don’t see that happening). Or let’s blame the pharmacist for not insisting she do a consult with each and every refill. Or, and here’s an idea, let’s say the responsibility lies with her for not reading the directions on the label or listening to her doctor when they prescribed the medication.
