After cooking in three-star Michelin restaurants in France as a young chef, truffles became a staple in my cooking. BUT… this isn't about being fancy. Summer truffles are mild, affordable, and perfect for everyday dishes. This one was just $12, and I still had enough left over for another dish. When you called for the Chicken Salad Olympics, I knew I had to bring the recipe that's been a favorite in my house for years.
