the police called us to unlock a car at a shopping center... the girl left her kid in the car heavily tinted windows by the way... when in in the shoplifted from Ulta... meanwhile the kid locked the doors and was laughing at the mom when she tried to get away... when we got there she was more concerned about getting handcuffed and swearing at the police then she was concerned about the kid locked in the car.
