@ging.of.the.grill: Creamy Italian Tortellini🤌🏼 INGREDIENTS: -Tortellini (we used a frozen 19oz bag) -1 lb Italian sausage -1/2 stick butter -1 heaping tsp minced garlic -2 cups heavy cream -1 tsp each: Italian seasoning, salt & pepper -1.5 cups mozzarella cheese -1/2 cup parmesan cheese -Parsley STEPS: 1. Boil tortellini noodles 2. Brown Italian sausage in a pan & remove once done 3. Melt butter in the same pan then sauté minced garlic for a couple minutes. Pour in heavy cream & season with the above seasonings. Bring to a simmer then melt both cheeses 4. Pour sauce over the cooked tortellini & add the Italian sausage.
