@hybridcalisthenics: Trying sledgehammer training (not the type where you pound things) This is sometimes used in both physical therapy and strength training to train the arms (often the wrists). I go through pronation, supination, and radial and ulnar deviation, but flexion and extension can also be trained. There are multiple exercises you can try. The good news is that you don't even really need a hammer. A long object (like a shovel) can work. Just be careful not to underestimate the difficulty. The tendons and muscles you're using here aren't huge and force is greater than most people think. Start with something you can easily do for multiple reps before building up. I think this is a decent option to train your wrists through a range of motion, but I mostly will still use parallettes since that's where I usually use my wrist and hand strength. However, if I often grabbed and maneuvered heavy objects with handles, I'd consider this more. Have a wonderful day! #hybridcalisthenics
