@krislhughes: Is this recipe new to you? 🍒#cocacola #homecooking #FoodLover #EasyRecipe Coca-Cola Salad Ingredients * 2 (3-ounce) package cherry gelatin * 1 (16-ounce) jar or can dark Bing cherries, pitted and drained (reserve the juice) * 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve the juice) * 12 ounces Coca-Cola * 1 (10 ounce) bag of miniature marshmallows Instructions: 1. Drain the cherries and pineapple, reserving all of the juice. 2. Heat the reserved fruit juice until hot, then stir in both packages of gelatin until completely dissolved. 3. Add the drained cherries, crushed pineapple, and Coca-Cola. Stir gently to combine. 4. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased gelatin mold or a 9×13-inch dish. 5. Add bag of marshmallows to the top of the gelatin mixture. Don’t stir. 6. Refrigerate until completely firm, about 4–6 hours or overnight. 7. Slice or unmold and serve chilled.
