The brain sees anxiety and excitement as roughly the same thing and jf you're used to being anxious you'll feel it as anxious. I have no advice on how to shift it back to excitement other than have the knowledge it could be either one

Even if you‘re anxious just DO IT. Your brain has to learn that there‘s nothing to be afraid of. I have the same problem and this helps me a lot

no because tell me why i booked tickets to gorillaz (in my top 5 fav bands OAT btw) but then i went, had the time of my life but also put too much pressure on it and because it didn’t go ‘perfect’ ended up having an autistic meltdown and ended up ruining the whole night?? still loved it but i ruined it so bad because it wasn’t EXACTLY what i had pictured??? this sound is exactly what i heard istg- :((
