@rose.rybak: Here's a full day of eats during my 9–5 in the office! These are the meals and snacks that actually keep me full and satisfied throughout the workday. It was my first time trying these egg white crêpes, and they did not disappoint. I honestly have nothing bad to say about them. Hot take... I ate them cold, and they were still SO good. 😂 I felt like heating them up with the berries already on top would've made everything a little soggy, so I gave them a try straight from the fridge, and they were delicious. The recipe is below if you want to make them yourself. Seriously... 10/10, highly recommend! 🤍 🥞 Egg White Crêpes * 175g egg whites * Dash of cinnamon * Splash of vanilla extract * Stevia to taste Whisk or froth until nice and fluffy. Pour into a nonstick pan over medium heat, cover with a lid, and let it steam until set.
