My little sister has ARFID, and is already very skinny. In the last 6-9 months, she’s done so well with new food and putting weight on so she’s healthier, but her friends constantly tell her that she “doesn’t need to eat because she looks like Ariana”. These girls are 11, at most.

i guess I'm just not really sure what people expect her to do. to the people upset that she might be triggering other people, then you should know that an ed is much more complex than just being able to turn it off, and for the people who think she shouldn't have a platform, why do we expect people with mental disorders deserve to express themselves any less than anybody else? artists create art on whatever affects them in the moment so Ariana's work is unfortunately going to reflect her current struggles. that doesn't make it any less valid or worth expressing imo
