I’m going to hold everyone’s hands when I say the GB swab is the easiest most gentle thing you will have to go through during pregnancy. The hardest parts are the first blood draw and panel, the epidural and then hoping you have an easy labor birth. Everything else is cake. Don’t over stress this stuff

They let me swab myself and indeed it isn’t your ass 😭 Also my second pregnancy and i must say im seeing midwives this time around and the experience is 100% better 🤣
