I feel like Nolan really cut anything to do with “divine intervention” or any sort of God and human interaction unless it felt of earth. So it makes sense for Nolan’s version, but I do miss the whimsy of the Odyssey poem.

What surprised me when I saw recent interview of Christopher Nolan. Interviewer asked him that atonement isnt a thing in Greek culture its a Christianity thing. He spoke about Zeus Law!!

Changed a lot and closed the movie with a lot of cryptic abstract statements. Should've stayed true to the original material and tell a simpler tale 🤷🏼♂️
