Sony gets good money but that’s all they get is from the box office. If they got to a billion they split 50/50 with movie theater then they give 25% to Disney. While everything else like toys merch shirts anything that says spiderman 100% profits go to Disney. I say Disney wins they receive a billion in merchandise a year from spiderman Sony gets 0.

Yeah, that’s all right, but the only thing is Sony can’t make good movies all the time so they need Disney help to make the right Spider-Man because the only one that was real good was the one with a toy Maguire Andrew Groff was good but the second one was trash so they need our help telling a good story
