And jean at the end of the film got every1 in a 1km range under her spell. and mj was crying, so my understanding is because jean was stronger than she was before, she accidentally made mj's memory come back. And she was also playing with the necklace peter gave her on the roof they went to. Ned on the other hand, i think he remembers being friends with spiderman and when they did the handshake, he remembered doing it with spiderman, not peter. and when mj accidentally said his name was peter, ned remembered that and connected the dots that he met spiderman. not that he remembers peter. thats my understanding
