@kpixtv: The San Francisco District Attorney's Office confirmed five men, ranging in age from 18 to 50, have been charged with multiple felony and misdemeanor counts, including meeting a minor for lewd purposes. The investigation took place last week and used online platforms to identify adults looking to meet and exploit children. Four of the five men arrested remain in jail as of this afternoon. San Francisco Sheriff Paul Miyamoto said the operation was a partnership between 10 local agencies including the Silicon Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. The Sheriff’s Office reminds parents to monitor their child's interactions on social media and have conversations with their children about online safety.
