my church ask to raise SGD100 million for renovations on top of tithing in 3 years from 2026.... they call it legacy mission. even the seniors lunch gathering monthly had to pay by themselves without a single cent funding from the church!!!!

Just remember, it is always a relationship between you and the Almighty. None of us really need a pastor or church. Just be mindful of your actions and be guided by your conscience.

I agree with you totally. I witnessed politics in my previous church. The church leaders kicked out the pastor-in-charge. I just want to stay neutral. I'm out of the church if God's presence is no longer there.
