I lost 75 lbs and I promise, it still feels like I’m on a step -1. being healthy is worth it, don’t let the internet make it intimidating!

You are worth it!! Girl just move, get out there and burn. Pay no mind to that nonsense. I have plenty of clients that have had joints replaced and they are doing great. You've got this. I'm a fitness coach so message me and I'll help anyway I can.

Starting is a positive. Taking care of yourself by starting is great for you. I wouldn’t worry too much just focus on each day

the key for me is to find an active hobby that i really enjoy and think of it as a reward for anything good i do — so doing the physical activity instead of rewarding with food. I bought a used XL paddle board on fb marketplace 3 years ago and ever since then I go out to the lake to paddle around for a hour or two whenever the weather permits. Over eating has always been my biggest issue but now the hobbies keep me engaged, burn calories, and keep me from eating out of boredom

You’re not in the negatives bc you’ve already started! A lot of those videos almost feel like fear mongering to get ppl to believe they shouldn’t even try or to worry about things that don’t really concern them. You are doing exactly what you need to for where you’re at! I believe in you!

walking goes a long way. the "good" thing is that at your size your maintenance calories are really high. even with a 1k calorie deficit you'd still have enough to feel satisfied. keep at it and, your first 50lbs will fall off pretty quickly. you got this girl

As a girl who was 400lbs on 6/11 and now 364lbs today less than 2 months later, pls just start with walking and eating less! Doesn’t necessarily have to be “healthy” just cut down on portions & incorporate some veg into your meals. It gets easier I promise 😭 I’m hoping to be down 50lbs by October, and 100 by January & idk if it’ll happen but I’m going to try my best and keep pushing no matter what! I just recently started strength training with 5lbs dumbbells but just walking & eating less is what’s helped the most!

you’re doing the best thing you can do for yourself right now, which is trying. whether that means putting 10% or 110% in, you’re still trying. these fitness influencers and tik tok doctors like to scare people into thinking they’re doomed for the views. not everything is linear to everyone. there are star athletes who are a picture of health who end up having some health or muscle issue. there are overweight people who never experience that a day in their life. don’t listen to everyone else, listen to your own body. you know what’s best for you and what you can handle. you got this. ❤️

Diet is arguably much more important that exercise. Portion control goes a long way compared to just trying to “eat healthy”. As someone who has lost 50lbs this year it’s not about being perfect it’s about making an effort every day

Just stay consistent and you will see changes! Rome wasn’t built in a day. A day step toward progress is better than a day stagnant. You got this! Sorry youre feeling down :(

Just start taking a walk every day. Once you start getting in a little better shape, you’ll start to crave movement.

You should try because you’re worth it. Eat as much fiber as you can and limit refined carbs and you’ll lose a lot of weight

walking is completely appropriate for your current fitness level and weight. People love to over complicate things. Tune out the noise and focus on your nutrition and moving your body daily. As you lose weight you can add other things in. 💖🌺

I’m 207 my biggest weight was 210 at 5’3 I started going to a run club for free and just made it so I ran 3 times a week I didn’t even run since I had to build my endurance slowly over the 3 months and even though I haven’t been losing weight I’ve been losing inches I go to a free community gym once a week and it helps because in April I was out of breath going up and down the steps I just remained consistent and it’ll come off.
