These cheesy garlic rolls will melt in your mouth! Save this one for Thanksgiving, I promise everyone’s gonna love them🧀🧄 Ingredients Dough: 3 ½ cups (455g) all-purpose flour 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 large egg, at room temperature 1 cup (240ml) whole milk, warmed to 100–110°F 6 tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter, softened Garlic Butter: ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature 2 tbsp finely minced garlic 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley Salt and pepper, to taste Cheese Filling: 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese Egg Wash: 1 large egg 1 teaspoon water Instructions 1.Activate the yeast: In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Cover and let sit for about 10 minutes, or until the mixture turns foamy. 2.Make the dough: Once the yeast is activated, add in the egg, flour, and salt. Using the dough hook attachment, mix on low speed until dough begins to form. 3.Incorporate the butter: Add the softened butter a little at a time, mixing until fully combined. Increase the speed to medium and knead for 5–6 minutes. 4.First rise: Lightly grease a large bowl and place the dough inside. Cover and let it rise in a warm spot until doubled in size, about 1 ½ hours. 5.Prepare the garlic butter: While the dough rises, stir together the butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Set aside. 6.Shape the rolls: Once the dough has risen, gently punch it down and let it rest for 5 minutes. Roll it out on a floured surface. Spread about two-thirds of the garlic butter evenly over the surface, then sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. 7.Cut and rise again: Roll the dough tightly into a log. Use a serrated knife to slice it into eight 2-inch pieces. Arrange the rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Cover again and let them rise for another 25–35 minutes, until doubled in size. 8.Bake: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Whisk together the egg and water, then brush the tops of the rolls with the egg wash. Bake for 25–35 minutes. 9.Finish and serve: Brush the warm rolls with the remaining garlic butter and serve while still warm. Enjoy every cheesy, garlicky bite! Thank you so much to @aflavorfulbite for the best recipe ever🫶🏼 #thanksgivingsides #breadrecipe #garlicrecipe #EasyRecipe #dinnerrolls
