Everything records us at this point, the little coca cola freestyle machines have cameras, the stores all use your wifi and other connections when possible to gather random statistics, obviously there's bee the recent rise in flock cameras. We're essentially all just being recorded all the time, definitely need some kind of overarching and generic law to be enforced like a simple "hey, no data gathering on people in public environments or stores, period."
