Ours was smashed. The whole screen was pushed in and broken and smashed up. We got it for Christmas and we got lucky that we open it. I have time because we couldn’t wait. This was a huge TV. I think it was an 80 and we took it back. They were assuming that we dropped it and literally we just opened it up.
