so I think the issue here isn't necessarily vanessa. she didn't do anything wrong. the reality of this is that it's thicker girl who's upset (don't come for me y'all im just an outsider looking in offering a different prospective) it seems that thicker girl has built up HER persona based on the thicker girl thing. her whole profile is just the nail day and it's not much more than that. so it's not Vanessa they're taking from its actually thicker girl. if they didn't go to HER page and see that she did her own content based on the idea. that would be where the problem lies (or at least from what I can see) it's actually thicker girl who should have trademarked and made it official. and that's what I recommend she do. if she still can, lock it in, send the letters and call it a day. but she needs to speak to a lawyer at this point. when they did that, I don't think they realized how big it was gonna be or how enticing it would be to use that same concept to grow. but the facts remain, protect your intellectual property. she's an influencer....and her name is thicker girl. that's the problem here. it's not about the nails at all
