Ashley explained it perfectly,someone has to be at the bottom for the system/global economy to work. Africa is the richest country,but the poorest. Civilization started in Africa,yet they told us we were monkeys,savages and uneducated. The harsh truth is this we will never be given a seat at the table,it has to be taken. No one shares power,the world doesn't work like that. Black people everywhere have to unite,especially in Africa,African leaders need to stop cooking

Giving the credit and recognition that is warranted, and acknowledging the beauty and excellence in Blackness makes yt people feel inferior. As an element of systemic racism, we were raised to believe that somehow yt people are better and deserve to be in certain spaces and social classes - overwhelmingly without any merit whatsoever besides the color of our skin. If we were truthful about how deeply flawed that philosophy is, yt people’s reality and entire ideology would be stripped away. As a yt woman, I have made a purposeful effort to learn the truth of the atrocities committed and to educate others. Until every human being is treated with respect and dignity, we cannot stop fighting.
