schizophrenia possible psychosis. we studied this case in one one my psychology classes as a base study. this was no ‘supernatural matter’ as someone who believes in the supernatural themself, if you delve deeper into her case it definitely started as schizophrenia and led to severe religious psychosis

After looking at her story, i can confirm she isnt being possessed. (Though you may believe in whatever.) She had severe depression, severe lack of sleep(not sleeping for DAYS) epilepsy (officially confirmed) deep guilt, severe religious trauma and severe stress. I am not diagnosing but i believe she also had multiple personality disorders and severe schizophrenia. When people say she would randomly speak fluent latin where she did yes, she was an incredibly intelligent woman who was working to become a teacher and her classmates had said she also learnt it in school(greek and latin), i am also quite positive she had tics as well considering she said that she couldn’t control her body and that it would move on her own, i also believe this was all from her severe lack of sleep, depression and deep guilt, it happened on a random day where she said she was feeling possessed but the brain is a very complexed organ, when you are lacking sleep the brain doesn’t know what to do so instead that is a signal to get rest, it also made it much worse considering she was also depressed and stressed as i already mentioned
