It’s so problematic because he’s actually a great, fair reviewer who pays for his own stays (with receipts), he’s not a sensationalist, and they were clearly absolutely in the wrong. Not only was there zero accountability on their end, they handled it SO poorly. For a company founded on customer service this is a horrible look for Aman.

I would be SO MAD if my hotel canceled my booking one day before my arrival. Wasting someone’s time and money, while being so disrespectful toward guests. As one of the most luxurious hotel chains, they absolutely deserve the criticism…😅

If you're going to cancel a Reservation hours before and the customer is paying thousands a night i have to say that this deserves a phone call,not some email. Management has themselves to blame for the poor customer service......
