My dad’s side of the family (my Hispanic side) called me “Nater” because my mom and her side of called me Tater (I don’t know why they did this) and it drove my mom crazy them calling me Nate for Nathan.

When I was a teen I was pale as hell (because I avoided the sun like crazy) and had my hair dyed black which only made me appear paler and the Dominican side of my family still calls me "Leche Bambi" because of this 😅
