I have found there are very few agencies you would want to test your driving skills with, AST, ASP, GST, WSP & TCSO (Arkansas state police, Alaska State Troopers, Georgia Sate Police, WA State Patrol and Thurston County Sheriff's Office)

Arkansas state police for the win. If u run from them u will regret it very quickly. Seen a lot of the Arkansas State Police, Georgia State Police and Florida Highway Patrol they are evil but hit their marks every single time
