I think it would be dope if there was a platform where artists set their own price/per stream that comes out of a monthly payment with the option to buy/download cause everybody don't like downloading a song(s) to their phone n having to leave a streaming platform for that 1 song & return back.

You don’t yet have a sufficiently large direct fanbase for scarcity to work in your favor. Tupac/Biggie is a misleading comparison because an established superstar can tell millions of existing fans, “Come find me somewhere else.” A developing artist needs to reduce friction while people are still discovering them.
