Couldn’t hold them down for the first trimester. I took gummies too and the taste and having to chew them was enough to make me instantly throw up 🤦🏻♀️hopefully the rest of the pregnancy goes more smoothly 😅

I loved the taste of my Ollie Prenatal gummies but every single time I took them I threw up. Then I just started taking a basic folic acid pill at night 🤷♀️out here doin the best we can!!
