NRS 203.119 says if your are shoving a camera in someone's face or recording over their shoulder it would disrupt a reasonable person from their activities. this video does not show that but the officer said someone inside claimed that. if that happened and they were asked to leave and did not, thats a misdemeanor. I am very pro 1st amendment. but shoving a camera in my face while im in the dmv by a 1st amendment auditor is to get a reaction and make someone call the cops for click bait. THAT make it a premeditated disturbance and is illegal.
